Service Description

At Blaque Ram, housing is only the beginning. Our Housing + Coaching program supports residents of our renovated smart homes with access to monthly consulting sessions designed to strengthen financial literacy, personal growth, and long-term stability. Each tenant receives up to two 1:1 or small-group free coaching sessions per month focused on topics like budgeting, entrepreneurship, credit building, and using technology to simplify daily living. By pairing smart-home living with smart decision-making, we help our residents transform where they live into how they thrive.
